The meet will be at the breakfast room of the hotel starting around 3:00 in the afternoon. Use
of the room is for NEC socializing, bring your preferred beverage and snacks to share. Pizza will We will send out for
pizza around 6:00 pm for Saturday dinner. The Banquet will be Sunday, March 22, 2026 from 1pm to 4pm in
the Dublin Room of Tempesta’s, located in the hotel.
The hotel will be the Best Western Plus Keene, NH. located at 401 Winchester St. at the junction of
Route 10 and Route 12. Hotel Guests receive free hot breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday. The breakfast
features waffles, fresh fruits, sweet pastries, yogurt, juices and 100% Arabica coffee. Please register by Mar. 9,
2026. Rates are $129.00 plus tax for a king or 2 doubles. The hotel is handicap accessible.

other. Dinner will be served buffet style. A veggie pasta Primavera dish is available upon request.
